Harvest Moon: Twin Villages or Harvest Moon: The Tale of Two Towns is a farming simulation video game developed by Marvelous Entertainment for the Nintendo DS as part of the Harvest Moon series.

The original release date for the Japanese version was set to 25 February 2010 but was moved to 8 July 2010. New features in the game include new animals like Alpacas and Honey Bees and a Pickle Pot that can be used to make pickled turnips. It will be released on the Nintendo DS in addition to the Nintendo 3DS in North America. The 3DS version may not be released in Japan. The 3DS version will be released in the US at October 11, 2011 according to Amazon.com and Gamestop.

Game Features are below:

• 2 main characters to choose from.
• You can raise alpacas and bees.
• You can choose to live in two different villages. Konohana or Bluebell. Konohana focuses on raising crops, while Bluebell focuses on raising animals.
• You can have a pet owl. The owl can be used for transportation.
• New marriage candidates. 7 bachelors, and 7 bachelorettes.
• New irrigation system – You can water all the crops that are planted in the same row at once.

Rune Factory 3 (ルーンファクトリー3, Rūn Fakutorī 3) is a simulation/role-playing video game developed by Neverland Co. and published in Japan by Marvelous Entertainment for the Nintendo DS handheld console. It was published in North America by Natsume on November 9, 2010.  It is the fourth game in the Rune Factory series.

Gameplay

Like the other Rune Factory games, the story begins with a character (Micah) who has lost his memory showing up in a small town. He is greeted by a female (Shara, the heroine), who gives him a farm. Crops can be grown for profit, along with fishing, gathering, etc., and there are dungeons to explore, grow crops, and fight monsters in.

The game features new AI with dynamic schedules, as well as new battle commands and NPC interaction. Other changes in the game include: a new item called the “Transformation Belt” that allows the player to transform into a golden Wooly (bipedal sheep-like creatures), plants can only be grown underground under a special tree that Micah lives in, villagers can now join you in battle and lend you their skills as battle companions, and the game’s new multiplayer mode lets up to three players work together to conquer dungeons with rare items and monsters.

Pokémon Black Version (Japanese: ポケットモンスター ブラック Pocket Monsters Black) and Pokémon White Version (Japanese: ポケットモンスター ホワイト Pocket Monsters White) are the primary paired versions of the upcoming Generation V. They will be, like Generation IV’s games, on the Nintendo DS.

Black and White, at this stage, appear to follow the trends set up by previous games in the series. Two player characters (one male and one female) travel a new region, Isshu, on their Pokémon journeys. This region is inhabited by various Pokémon, some of which have not appeared prior to Black and White. The first of the new Pokémon to feature in these games, Zorua and Zoroark, were revealed on February 10, 2010 in CoroCoro magazine, and the starter Pokémon were revealed in May.

The games’ names were revealed on the official Japanese Pokémon website on April 9, and scans from the subsequent issue of the magazine were leaked on April 10. These scans revealed some of the graphical enhancements that will be featured in these games. There will be a higher level of 3D graphics than in previous games, as shown in some shots of the overworld. Initial sprites can be seen for Zorua, Zoroark, and the as-yet unnamed player characters. Higher-quality versions of these images were released on the official Japanese site on April 15.

In addition to the improved graphics, a number of aesthetic changes have been made from previous generations, including an altered battle scene containing fully animated Pokémon battle sprites as well as a dynamic camera that changes focus to highlight specific parts of the battle. Also, when talking to people in select environments, like a Pokémon Center and Poké Mart, speech balloons for dialog will appear over people’s heads.

Black and White will be compatible with all five Generation IV games. While the full details are not yet known, transferring the shiny legendary beasts released to promote the thirteenth movie in Japan has been confirmed to unlock a Zoroark, and transferring a Celebi met in a fateful encounter will earn the player a Zorua. The games also have the capacity to connect to the internet; players can upload their save file and play online.

This is the first original Harvest Moon game for the PSP! The game is primarily based off of the older Harvest Moon game for the Playstation 2, Save the Homeland. Many of the characters along with the basic storyline are the same—but redone and made fresh!

Introduction:
It’s basically the same storyline as Save the Homeland: your town in Leaf Valley is in two years going to be torn down and turned into a resort called Funland. You start off by inheriting the farm of your grandfather, who has recently passed away. As a young boy, need to find a way to his farm and the town. There are 16 different paths in the game that you can take to do this, as opposed to STH’s 9 paths. If you’re able to save Leaf Valley within two years, you’ll be able to play into year 3 and beyond!

Additionally, there have been improvements—the biggest of which is probably that you can now get married! This is opposed to in STH, where you needed to start all your relationships from scratch each time you played a new path.
